Refund policy

At My Boho Home, we want you to truly love your space and everything in it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns (Free & Easy)

You may request a return within 20 days of receiving your item(s).

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • A return request must be submitted within the 20-day window

To start a return, please email us at hello@mybohohome.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • A photo of the item in its current condition

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a free prepaid return shipping label.

Please note: We offer one free return label per order.
If your order includes multiple items, please include all items you wish to return in your initial request. If additional return requests are made later for the same order, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs for those items.

Refunds

Once your item is returned and inspected:

  • If it is in original condition, you will receive a full refund
  • If the item is not in its original condition, the refund may be denied

Items that do not meet return requirements will not be shipped back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away at hello@mybohohome.com with:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (including shipping label)

We’ll make it right by offering:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund if you prefer

Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to offer returns or refunds if:

  • The request is made after 20 days from delivery
  • The item has been used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition

Order Policy

  • Order Changes or Cancellations: Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed
  • Coupon Codes: Must be applied at checkout
  • Limited-Time Offers: Valid only during the promotional period
